ATMs are conveniently located at the airport.

Terminal 1B -> Departure Level -> Canara Bank, IDBI Bank & State Bank of India
Terminal 2B -> Arrival level -> Canara Bank
Terminal 2C -> Arrival level -> State Bank of India
Note: You can access your bank account from any of the tellers listed above, irrespective of the bank's name.
Physically Challenged Wheelchair : The airline usually provides a wheelchair on request, which you can book at the time of making your reservation, or get one directly at the airport. Wheelchair facility is provided free of cost to all passengers.
Inter-terminal transfer service
The Inter-terminal transfer service is a quicker and safer mode of transport for International passengers wanting to catch a connecting domestic flight, and vice versa. This service is absolutely free and available every 30 minutes, round the clock.
Domestic passengers first need to collect their baggage and produce their confirmed tickets before they can avail of this service. International passengers can make use of this service only after they have cleared customs and possess confirmed tickets for onward domestic flights.
Please note: If you happen to come outside the terminal, you won’t be able to board the bus due to security reasons.
Domestic travellers can too avail the free passenger transfer service between the two domestic terminals 1A and 1B. Two Golf Carts with seating capacity of five and luggage boot space are actively operating.
Car Park Facility
Car Park facility at CSIA is a well coordinated system. With a capacity of around 300 car slots for Domestic Terminal 1A & around 400 for Domestic Terminal 1B in Santacruz, and about 1400 car slots at the International Terminal in Sahar, this facility is available 24 x 7. Parking lots and pick-up points are created closer to the terminal gates keeping in mind the ease of access and convenience to passengers.
Medical Services
Terminals 1B and 2B of Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport house a medical inspection room each, manned by doctors 24x7 whereas the medical inspection room of Terminal 2C operates between 8pm - 8am. These rooms are well-equipped to impart first-aid during any kind of emergency.
This facility is provided free of cost to all passengers, leaving from Mumbai or coming to Mumbai.
CSIA also has a fully equipped ICCU ambulance attached 24 hours to the airport to facilitate quick movement of passengers during an emergency.The service can be availed on Telephone no. 1298.
Defibrillator instruments, for immediate Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) are installed at 35 locations across domestic and international terminals.
Lost & Found
In case you happen to misplace your baggage or your belongings in any of the terminals at CSIA, please do not worry. All agencies at the airport are expected to deposit any unclaimed goods with the Lost & Found Department through the Terminal Duty Manager. The goods are deposited after duly recording the contents, description, date of deposition and the depositor’s signature.
All lost & found articles are returned to passengers after verifying the product description and bona fides (including, but not restricted to Original Passport, Flight Ticket, Boarding Pass, Driving License, PAN Card, etc)
Valuables like Laptops, Cell Phones, Gold, Cash, Credit Cards, Passports and Travel Documents will be deposited in the safety locker and locker charges and handling charges would apply.
Unclaimed items will be disposed off after 30 days from the date the item was found. Passports will be couriered to respective Consulates (in case of foreign passport)/issuing Regional Passport Office (in case of Indian passport) through Registered Post. Indian Credit Cards will be sent to issuing banks through Registered Post. Foreign Credit Cards will be destroyed for administrative reasons.
Eatables and other perishable items including liquor will be disposed off within 48 hours or within the expiry time (whichever is earlier). Special storage charges and handling charges would apply for the same.
Unclaimed items like clothes and other non-perishable items will be disposed off after 30 days from the date the item was found.
Baggage handling and delivery at CSIA is the responsibility of the airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. If anything is left on an aircraft or an airline bus, respective airline should be contacted immediately.
Storage & handling charges will be levied for all Lost & Found items.
This facility is managed by Trident Flight Handlers.
